Shipping policy
Order processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email (and/or SMS). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Minimum order
Minimum order is $300 (USD) for any order placed through b2b.stellarbiotics.com. The $300 minimum is per order and cannot be split between multiple orders or invoices.
Free U.S. shipping
Any order of $1000 (USD) or more with a shipping destination within the contiguous U.S. qualifies for free Economy shipping. We reserve the right to elect the delivery courier.
International Shipments
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stellar Biotics LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you believe there to be an issue with your order, please contact us via our contact form with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
UPS & DHL do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. For such shipments, please select a USPS shipping option.
Defective upon delivery
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
